I'm back on night shift.

It's working out pretty well... I'm getting to sleep on time and waking up after 7+ hours... but I'm still getting REAL sleepy during my former normal sleep hours, so as I'm writing this I'm pretty drowsy, hahaha.

BUT!! We fight on!

NON GAME STUFF

Have any of you seen Hissatsu Shigotonin before? I started watching it. It's a show about a circle of secret assassins that take out targets the law can't and it was made in the 70's. It's awesome.

This guy strangles someone at least once an episode and it rules.

The fifth season is on Youtube for free, but I don't think there are English subtitles.... but that's ok. It's awesome even if you don't understand what's happening. I thought about maybe buying some DVDs of it.... but they're like $300+ for a SEASON.

Also, I'm moving house THIS SATURDAY! WOWOW!!! I don't wanna give away the name of the complex for privacy reasons, but just know that it shares a name with a famous vtuber and I keep referring to the building by their full name and it makes me laugh every time. Anyway, I think I'm about done packing.... it's just gonna be a very very very busy weekend. Luckily, it's only a few miles from my current place.

I HATE being haunted by the ghosts of history!!!

I FINALLY got some FRICKEN WORK DONE! No thanks to night shift, though... it's been so busy at work that I was only able to get some stuff done on my days off, but such is the way.

I made a pretty small tileset for the backgrounds of chapter 11 and I've been surprised how much I can get out of them. It's CAVE themed! I haven't really done any organic or natural-style backgrounds yet, so it's been a nice little experiment.

Caves are fun in video games.... but in real life?? No THANK you.

A minor update... I made the flashlights look better. How nice.

Now, the eagle eyed among you may notice that the Total Room number has increased quite a bit... and yeah... that's gonna happen. I think the final game will probably have.... let's see.... 315 rooms. That's my guess as of today. So.... TECHNICALLY, it's not 53.09% done, but 53.09% of all the rooms I have planned out are finished and that's good enough for me.

THE REST

I plan on working more on NR this week, but like I said, I'm moving so a good chunk of my time is going to be devoted to that for a while. I don't start moving til Saturday though, so that'll give me some time over the next two or three days to get a few more rooms done.
